A rate looks wrong, a fact is stale, a label is misleading. Name the page and the fact — accuracy fixes ship first.
Bug
A tool misbehaves on your device. Tell us the phone model and browser — mobile bugs are priority number two.
Tool request
A calculator or index you wish existed. The best requests describe the question you are trying to answer, not the feature.
Business
Partnerships and press. Mark legal mail clearly in the subject and it gets priority handling.
What we can't help with
We are not an exchange or wallet: we cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, unlock accounts on other platforms or advise on what to buy. Anyone contacting you from "Converters.ng" asking for your seed phrase, private keys or a payment is an impersonator — we never ask for any of those.
